Today ZubiGune participated in a workshop in order to define training contents for care workers in the home care. We worked on the topic of communication and shared our training Unit 3: Principles of Communication in Adult Care Settings providing information on the structure and contents. ZubiGune highlighted the lessons learned through MTC project and aspects of “cultural bias” modules that are important when training migrants.
The workshops was organized by MATIA foundation as part of their Erasmus+ project QAVAT.
